Panda eyes
Have you ever got panda eye? This is my first time with panda eyes. I woke up on Friday morning and saw panda eyes on my face. OMG! I need to rest and I need eyes cream. Somebody might wondered what panda eyes are. It's a dark spot under or around your eyes. It make you look like a panda. That's why ppl called it 'panda eyes.' How do you get panda eyes? There are three different reasons; face bone shape, genetic hyper-pigmentation, and vasculature inflammation. In other word, causes include hormone imbalance, birthmarks, poor diet, allergies, overexposure to the sun, or age. Panda eyes can be the result of lack of sleep which is how I got the panda eyes. I've been sleeping less than 5 hour a day for a whole week. Also, I got a cold from the kid I'm taking care of. I need a HUGE rest! That's all I want to say.

Dead week
It was my dead week. I just started a new job on Monday. The job started at 6 am-8:30am. Mon- Fri. and I have another job from 9am - 5 pm. I'm normally a late person. So this is kinda hard for me to wake up this super early. The first day of the job, I was very worried. I set the clock at 5:20am. I woke up every hour because I was afraid that I'm not gonna make it. The next two days was better but still, I woke up an hour before wake up time. On the third day after long hour of works(6am - 11pm), I passed out while having dinner for couple minutes. OMG! I need some rest. I planned to go to bed at 10pm every night but I'd never made it. I usually go to bed around midnight or one in the morning. So when I went to bed, I couldn't sleep. I just laid down til midnight then I could sleep. The forth day I slept better but ........the thunder woke me up at 4am! WTH I couldn't go back to sleep since then. poor me. On Friday, I woke up 5 mins after the alarm. Plan to sleep early but as you see, I'm writing my week at 2 am. of Saturday! lol lol lol

Single VS Married essay
I just want to write about this topic because I was talking about single and married with my friends while having dinner.
Do you think which one is better 'Single or Married?' Everyone in the world think about this. Some people like to stay alone while some do not. Which way is better? This essay will examine these two choices by looking at each in terms of way of life, financial issues and conflicts.
First, let's talk about the way of life. For single people, many of them feel that they have freedom and have no commitment. They can do anything or go anywhere they want with no worry because they do not have any responsibilities to anyone. In some countries, if people have family, they can not go out alone or hang out with their friends whenever they want. they have to look after their family or have to take everyone in their family with which means no freedom. On the other hand, some
people like to be part of a couple because they do not want to be alone. They want to have someone to go everywhere with so
they won’t feel lonely. Many people who
want to be married say that they feel good to have someone to care about and they feel better to know that someone is thinking and caring about them.
Second, there is a financial issue. For single people, there is clear about their
financial because they don’t have to share with others. Some people think a lot about their
earning. To earn money is hard so they
want to use it as they choose. Single
people don’t have to let others use their money so they can use all of money
they earn. Sometimes they will have more money left to deposit for a good
future. In contrast for married people, They don’t have to worry too much
when they are needed money because others can help. Some family share their earnings with each
other. If one needs money in a hurry,
they can use the others and don’t have to pay it back.
Finally, let's look at a conflict situation. Single people wants to solve problem by themselves. There is a proverb in Thailand that say, "Many people, many problems." It means that if you have one problem but there are many people who wants to solve it, the bigger problem occur. Everybody has their own way to solve the problem. If they can not agree, they argue and perhaps create even more problems. For the couples, they say it is better to have someone when needed. There is a proverb that says, “Two heads are better than one.” If they have problems, there are two people
to think or find the way out because some problems are hard to resolve by
oneself. And there is a sentence that
says, “Family means nobody gets left or behind.” If they have a problem, their partner or
family will stay beside to help them; they won’t let you stay alone when you
need some help.
This essay has attempted an overview
of two ways, single versus married, and has look at financial issues and the
way they remedy problems. In conclusion,
it is really hard to say which way is better. It depends on the
individual thought. Each of them has different
advantages. So, you can think about
it. Which way is better for you. Think carefully! It’s your life.

how to improve communication in your company
Internal organization communication is
often overlooked by management, but it plays a key role in creating an effective
work environment. Communication affects the relationships among members in an
organization. As the organization grows, it needs to build effective internal
communication in order to build its strength. It is easy to give members messages,
but the organization will not know whether or not the message has been received in
the intended form. This causes misunderstandings among members. A
communication problem can become a major problem in the long term. To improve the internal communication, there are easy three steps to follow.
First, a company must learn and know their barriers. What are the barriers in internal organization communication? One of the biggest problems is there is no clear goal provided. This makes employees confused about what is important that the company wants them to do. Some organizations have language problems. Employees are speaking the language as a second language. This causes ineffective communication. . Other companies might just have less communication. So, the message does not spread out clearly or throughout the company. Misunderstanding occurs and it affects the company's performance.
After knowing the barriers, then find the way to remove them. If the company has no goal provided, then set goals and operation manual. Goals ensure employees perform their best
performance. Also, these goals help them accomplish the improvements. Find a translator if the company has a language problem. In addition, the company can suggest employees use clear and slow speech, repeat important points, and use visual representation to help communication. Moreover, encourage employees to show respect to others by listening deeply and asking questions to make sure that they understand it right.
Finally, encourage communication within the company. Have monthly meetings to discuss and go over important information with the employees. This helps the organization ensure that all employees receive the right information. The regular meeting helps the organization be open and prevent misunderstandings. It builds relationships among employees to feel like a part of an organization. Also, it improves transition, sharing and exchange of information, about what is going on in the organization. Feedback is the best way for the organization to be sure that the information is accepted or not. if negative feedback occurs, the organization will get an advantage to solve it before it becomes a crisis problem.
Knowing barriers to communication is the first step to minimizing their impact. Removing barriers helps organizations improve communication. Understanding the organization's communication process helps the organization communicate with employees effectively.
As the organization grows, effective internal communication is vital to future success. Communication will build the necessary work relationship between employer, employees, and third party members. Employees should make it known when a communication is not understood; and suggest when and how information could have been communicated more effectively.

my week
It's been a lazy and boring week since Monday. I had nothing to do all week (I do have homework but it's not time for that yet) OMG! finally something happened! On thursday, there's a gun shot next to my place!!!!!! I first thought it was something else after 6 shots, didn't know that you can shoot more than 6 at once. Anyway, my roommate told me to get down the floor. The shoot was coming closely to my place. Luckily it stopped before it gets to my place. The police was so slow. They showed up after 5 or 10 minutes and seemed like nothing happened. No sirens. No closing street. Only couple police cars. What the ..... in the world! Is that just a firework that I heard? I'm wondering.
